1. Behavioral Therapists (ABA Therapists)
As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to improve behavior, social skills, and communication. You’ll make a direct impact on children’s lives, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred, experience working with children, and certification in ABA (or willingness to pursue certification).
2. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Our BCBA’s lead the clinical treatment of our clients, overseeing ABA therapists, and designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Requirements: BCBA certification, experience in the field, strong leadership and communication skills.

Position Overview:
Behavior Technicians implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans with patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to patients.
- Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and supervisors
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times
Education, Certifications And Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or above in a human service-related field preferred.
- Must have completed a 40-hour RBT training course
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude with colleagues, supervisors, and families we serve
- Ability to work collaboratively with treatment team
- An effective communicator in both verbal and written formats
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to commit to at least six months of employment
Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an accurate computer-based scheduling system and records
- Assign new and existing clients to staff based on location, language, and clinical needs
- Ability to deal with high call and email volume
- Coordinate meetings and interviews
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Patient filing, archiving, and organization
- Assisting with payroll
- Prepare, review and submit invoices across funding sources
- Scan and document receipt of funding source payments, including updating all related payroll and database management systems
- Generate and process monthly client co-pay invoices
- Respond to and resolve client co-pay inquiries
- Work with insurance plans to procure authorizations for assessments and ABA therapy quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Billing, payroll, and general reporting
- Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
- Managing employee and client relations
Education, Certifications And Experience:
- Associate degree in business, accounting, finance, administration, or management preferred
- Minimum of one year of prior insurance billing experience, preferably with ABA billing
- Minimum of one year of administrative or scheduling experience within a health-related field, preferably within an ABA agency
- One year of insurance and authorization procurement experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong team/group work skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint necessary
- Previous experience working with ADP, WebABA, and Catalyst preferred
- Knowledge and understating of industry CPT codes and billing guidelines for behavioral health and ABA
- Advanced customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude
